@#@@#@內容簡介(英文)@#@Wang Wei-lieh, Tzu Wu-ching, was a native of Suchou, Kiangsu. He learned painting techniques from Chou Chih-mien, and then developed his own unrestrained style.
In this picture, two magpies, flying down from above, sing among plum trees and camellia blossoms. In China singing of magpies symbolizes good luck; therefore, hanging a painting of magpies in the new year represents an auspicious omen.
